Over the past fourteen years Dartmouth Chemical Development has seen a substantial increase in profits and marketability across the board. The reason for this, many business insiders say, is because a single man: Dan Setzman. Those who have known Setzman throughout his life have said that he has always had a keen eye for business, and if you look at his record over the past twenty years, it is easy to see that Dan Setzman does indeed know what he is doing.

A graduate of Michigan State University with a master's degree in Business Management, Dan Setzman was fresh out of college when he was offered his first job, working as an assistance marketing manager for a sugar manufacturing and distribution company out of Michigan. He spent no time drawling through the ranks of the company, becoming the Sales Director in only sixteen months. During his two-year stint as a Sales Director, the company experienced a 417% increase in profits. Seeing this spike in profit gain spurred Dartmouth Chemical Development's CEO Ken Levine to fly out to Saginaw, Michigan to meet with Dan Setzman on four separate occasions, finally convincing Setzman to leave the company in Michigan to become the next Sales Director for DCD.

In the fourteen years since Dan Setzman has joined Dartmouth Chemical Development as its Sales Director, DCD has seen a similar increase in profits. The introductions of new products from DCD's newly established Home Product Division, including glass cleaners and disinfectant sprays have helped bring DCD into the homes of every American, while their industrial chemicals continue to be used by some of the top names in American Industry.

Most recently, Setzman has worked hard to help paint DCD to be a "green" company, placing an increased emphasis on making all of their products environmentally friendly.
